As a new patient in this practice, I got an appointment fairly quickly and am totally impressed by the doctor, Natalie Herzel, treating me!

Mrs. Herzel, in my opinion, knows her trade and is very friendly, empathetic as well as conscientious! I had no pain at all during the treatment as she was really careful and checked
whether the anaesthetic was effective enough before the procedure. Every step was discussed and explained. The staff at the practice is friendly, competent and attentive.

I can only recommend Dr. Herzel’s practice, they do a great job. I came as an anxious patient and have to say that after the insertion of the syringe, which I didn’t notice, my anxiety was
simply gone after the treatment. A perfect sensitivity and the patients are treated with care. The tooth cleaning was excellent, I have the feeling that my teeth have never been so clean
before. Waiting times were almost non-existent. I’m looking forward to my next visit

The best and nicest dental practice ever!!! I have always been very satisfied. Unfortunately I have moved away, 230km away, but I still go here whenever possible and not in an urgent
emergency where I can no longer drive. Dr. Kornetzky has an incredibly good price-performance ratio for dentures. The practice itself radiates tranquility and serenity. There is almost no
waiting time. Highly recommended!!!

Waited for 3 minutes – went out again after 10 minutes, that’s how you want to have a dentist appointment 😀 The doctor is very friendly, the dental assistants as well.
